We want you to be happy with your order and take great care in ensuring each print arrives to you in perfect condition.
Because each print is made to order specifically for you, it is not possible to return or exchange for simply change of mind (unless it has arrived to you damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.) If you are about to make a purchase and are unsure about a print or have any questions, feel free to contact us.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your print or frame arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@demasrusli.com within 5 days after receiving your order (including your order number, photos and description) and we will be able to assess and help find a resolution as soon as possible.
We process the personal data needed to respond to enquiries, manage orders, arrange delivery and meet our legal obligations. This may include your name, email address, delivery address, order details, payment references and messages.
Order data is processed to fulfil our contract with you. Records required by law are retained to meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.
Payments are handled by PayPal and, where available, Google Pay. We do not store full payment card details. These providers process data under their own privacy notices.
